Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your Newport Blanket Co. experience. If you need to return or exchange unused, undamaged, or incorrect items, you may do so within 30 days of your original order date.

How to Begin Your Return
Please email newportblanketco@gmail.com to start the process.

Please note:

• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
• Please provide the order number in the initial email. 

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund:

• Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• If a returned product has been used, your return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.

Important Notes

• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
