Refund Policy

We want you to love your Newport Blanket Co. experience. If you need to return or exchange unused, undamaged, or incorrect items, you may do so within 30 days of your original order date.

How to Begin Your Return
Visit our returns portal to start the process. Please note:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
  • Each order must be returned in a separate box.
  • Returns sent together in a single box cannot be processed, and we are not liable for lost items in such cases.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Items with pet hair will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Important Notes

  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
