How should I wash my blanket?

Caring for your luxury Newport Blanket Co. blanket is simple! Follow these steps to keep your blanket soft, cozy, and in perfect condition:

  1. Machine Wash Cold: Use cold water to maintain the texture and longevity of your blanket.
  2. Gentle Cycle Only: Wash on a gentle cycle to prevent damage.
  3. Hang Dry: Air drying is essential. Avoid using a tumble dryer to protect the faux fur fibers.

What Not to Do

To keep your blanket in its best shape, avoid the following:

  • Do Not Tumble Dry
  • Do Not Dry Clean
  • Do Not Iron
  • Do Not Bleach

With proper care, your blanket will keep you warm and stylish for years to come!

Orders

Where can I find the status of my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and a link to check status updates and tracking information.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at newportblanketco@gmail.com for assistance.

Please allow 2-4 business to process and ship orders.

How long should my order take to arrive?

Your order will arrive within 7–14 business days. Processing typically takes 2–4 business days from the time your order is placed. Once processed, your order will be shipped via ground service, with an expected transit time of 5–10 business days.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible.

My tracking links shows as delivered but I never received my package. What should I do?

Occasionally, carriers update the status of your package as delivered before it actually arrives. We suggest waiting 3–4 business days, as your package may be delayed or delivered to a nearby address.

If after that time you still haven't received it, please reach out to us at newportblanketco@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our fulfillment team works hard to ship your order quickly. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately at newportblanketco@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed and packaged.

There is an issue with my order I just received. What should I do?

If something’s gone wrong, don’t worry! Simply email us at newportblanketco@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

For damaged items, we can only send out a replacement of the same item and color, or we can issue a store credit. Damaged items will not be accepted after 30 days of the original order date.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Ground: 5-10 business days

Rush: 1-2 business days

Do you ship internationally or to PO boxes?

We currently only ship within the US, but are working to expand our comfort to other countries.

If I pay for Rush shipping, what time does my order need to be placed for it to go out the same day?

Orders submitted by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be shipped the following business day.

For Rush Shipping, please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not included in the transit time. Orders placed before 11:00 am PST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday, while orders placed after 11:00 am PST on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
