Your order will arrive within 7–14 business days. Processing typically takes 2–4 business days from the time your order is placed. Once processed, your order will be shipped via ground service, with an expected transit time of 5–10 business days.

Occasionally, carriers update the status of your package as delivered before it actually arrives. We suggest waiting 3–4 business days, as your package may be delayed or delivered to a nearby address.

For damaged items, we can only send out a replacement of the same item and color, or we can issue a store credit. Damaged items will not be accepted after 30 days of the original order date.

Orders submitted by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be shipped the following business day.

For Rush Shipping, please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not included in the transit time. Orders placed before 11:00 am PST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday, while orders placed after 11:00 am PST on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original order date for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the return label. A $15 prepaid return label fee per item will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you prefer.

At Newport Blanket Co., we offer premium plush throws at around 700 GSM, perfect as decor in the warmer months and a cozy blanket in the cooler months.
