Shipping Policy
We work hard to ensure that your luxury blankets reach you quickly and in perfect condition.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items with pet hair will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
How to Submit a Return:
- Visit our returns portal to begin the process.
- Each order must be returned in a separate box with the provided return label.
- Returns sent in combined packaging will not be processed, and Newport Blanket Co. is not liable for lost items in such cases.
Important Notes:
- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
