Shipping Policy

We work hard to ensure that your luxury blankets reach you quickly and in perfect condition.

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. 
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Used items will not be accepted and will a refund will not be issued.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date. Once approved, items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the return label.

How to Submit a Return:

1. Email newportblanketco@gmail.com to begin the return process.
2. Print and adhere the shipping label onto your return.
   
3. Drop-off your return at your nearest UPS Store.

Important Notes:

• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A pre-paid return label of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
