Soft and furry, thick heavyweight quality. It’s warm and comfortable I liked it enough on my tv chaise longe that I bought another one for a bed throw if it gets chilly. Excellent for cool season. Washed easily in my front loader gentle cycle and delicate dry. I suggest not to frequently to maintain the original furry loft. Beautiful
